The original house was built in 1936 by the forester and his wife. In those times only few people could afford to build a house of that size. Around the same time, they build in the garden a barn, with the typical look of the Gyimesi region.
We purchased the house in 2015 and renovated it in 2018. We tried to maintain the typical old style from the region on the outside, while inside all modern comfort is provided. Inside there are still several accents from the old house and its furniture. Your hosts and the neighbors happily tell you some of the many stories about the house and its inhabitants.
